Main Structure:
The flat-type airflow mill mainly consists of a grinding chamber, feeding system, crushing system, discharge system, air storage ring, and machine base.
Main Features:
1. This machine is suitable for dry grinding of ultra-pure and ultra-fine high-tech materials, avoiding the complex processes of dehydration, drying, and regrinding after wet grinding. The grinding fineness D50 < 5μm, and for some fine chemicals, carbon powder, pharmaceuticals, pigments, etc., D50 < 0.5μm.
2. Uses high-wear-resistant engineering ceramics as lining to avoid contaminating the material.
3. The grinding principle adopts advanced aerospace jet technology. Grinding mainly involves high-speed collisions between materials, capable of grinding materials below level 7 without contamination.
4. The entire grinding process temperature is below 10°C (including summer), suitable for grinding low-melting-point and heat-sensitive materials.
5. The machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel with mirror polishing, giving it an artistic and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
6. The machine has a simple structure, easy operation, and is very simple to disassemble, clean, and reassemble. There are no moving parts inside, ensuring a long service life.
Application Scope:
Fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, trichromatic and LED luminescent materials, pigments, pesticides, and other high-tech material industries.
